CPW Integrative Medicine specializes in the diagnosis and treatment of musculoskeletal injuries including sports and work injuries, as well as degenerative conditions such as arthritis and low back pain. Our practice not only employs the traditional tools of medicine, but also uses physical agents and therapeutic exercise in the diagnosis, treatment, rehabilitation, and prevention of these disorders.

CPW Integrative Medicine is a multi-disciplinary practice offering technologically advanced in-house treatments including; non-surgical spinal decompression, low-level laser therapy (cold-laser), and physical therapy.  Because we believe that patient education is an important part of delivering excellent medical care,  Dr. Neely and his therapists work together with the patient to create an individualized treatment plan for recovery.
