Dr. Michael Neely has dedicated his practice to the treatment of musculoskeletal disorders emphasizing a non-surgical approach to medicine with the ultimate goal of returning patients to their active lives.  Continually educated on the newest medical techniques and the latest technology, Dr. Neely delivers the most modern and effective treatment available while observing long standing tenants of osteopathy, a strong conviction that the body is a self-regulating, self-healing system.

At CPW Integrative Medicine, Dr. Neely directs comprehensive treatment options including; non-surgical spinal decompression, physical therapy, and cold-laser therapy, injection techniques, and pharmacologic options.  Dr. Neely utilizes electromyography to accurately diagnose neuromuscular disorders.
 
Prior to developing the strategies of CPW Integrative Medicine, Dr. Neely worked with New York’s most reputed orthopaedic surgeons at Seaport Orthopaedic Associates.   Before moving to New York City, Dr. Neely was Director of the Transitional Care Unit at Deaconess Hospital in Cleveland, Ohio, and had a private practice specializing in work-related injury.

Dr. Neely received his medical degree from Ohio University College of Osteopathic Medicine. He completed a Specialty Internal Medicine Track Internship at South Pointe Hospital of the Cleveland Clinic Foundation / Ohio University College of Osteopathic Medicine. His residency in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation took place at MetroHealth Medical Center / Case Western Reserve University School of Medicine and included specific training at the Cleveland Clinic Foundation, the Cleveland Clinic Children's Hospital for Rehabilitation, and the Louis Stokes Cleveland Veterans Medical Center.
 
Dr. Neely is a board certified Diplomat of the American Board of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation (ABPMR) and a Fellow of the American Academy of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation (AAPMR).  Additionally, he is an Associate Member of the America Osteopathic Association.

Driven by his dedication to medicine and his specialty, Dr. Neely continually attends education seminars which exceed minimum requirements of maintaining his license; ensuring his patients the most current level of care available.
